Freedom fighter Rtn CP Hayatunnobi Mozumder is the Founder of Nibedan Complex (NIC). He started planning to serve the nation and founded Nibedan Complex (NIC) in 1988. Through this organization, he works to spread education, technical training, healthcare, employment opportunities, self-reliance, and family planning—especially among underprivileged communities.

Freedom Fighter Rtn. CP Hayatunnobi Mozumder is the visionary Founder of Nibedan Complex (NIC). As a proud participant in the great Liberation War of 1971, he grew up with a deep commitment to serving the nation. After completing his education in the post-independence era, he made the bold decision to pursue entrepreneurship with the conviction that he would be self-reliant and never dependent on others for his livelihood.
With this determination, he began his entrepreneurial journey and, in 1988, founded Nibedan Complex (NIC) with a mission to uplift society. Since its inception, NIC has been playing a pivotal role in promoting education, healthcare, skill development, women’s empowerment, environmental protection, employment generation, self-reliance, and family planning—particularly for underprivileged communities.
His vision goes beyond business — he dreams of establishing multiple educational institutions throughout the Lalmai region, engaging in social service activities at both the regional and national levels, and preparing future generations to face global challenges.
Keeping pace with the needs of the modern era, he has recently established Nic Technical Training Institute (NTTI) — a modern institution dedicated to producing skilled manpower for both domestic and international labor markets and encouraging entrepreneurship.
Hayatunnobi Mozumder seeks the prayers and cooperation of all to make this dream a reality and transform the youth of the region into a skilled, empowered workforce that will play a vital role in strengthening families, building communities, and contributing to the nation’s economic prosperity.
